Faurecia, one of the world’s largest automotive equipment suppliers, received the 2018 “Top Employer Europe” label based on certification in five countries: France, Germany, Spain, the Czech Republic and Poland. In Europe, the Group is one of 31 companies certified in 2018 for excellence in relation to the work environment and career development.
The Top Employers label is awarded to companies that meet relevant standards with regard to HR management practices in talent attraction and development, compensation and social benefits, as well as training and skills development.
